XG-KCQ bottle washing machine adopts the combination of ultrasonic cleaning and independent separate water and air pressure jet washing. The cleaned oral liquid bottle complies with the new version of the Pharmacopoeia on visible foreign body standards.
H-GMS-B hot air circulation sterilization tunnel oven adopts full laminar flow (high temperature resistant 350C) combined with hot air high temperature drying and sterilization process, which can make the oral liquid bottle run in the tunnel to meet the requirements of Class A (ISO5). Some chain-type mesh belt conveying mechanism guarantees the stable conveying of oral liquid bottles. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high temperature uniformity, and good depyrogenation effect. It is a drying and sterilization equipment that is popular at home and abroad and has high applicability. YG-KGJ series oral liquid filling and sealing integrated machine adopts frequency conversion speed control to control the conveyor belt to enter the bottle and track the filling.
