Description:

This linkage line is mainly suitable for the production of high-yield freeze-dried powder injection (water injection).

This linkage line unit is composed of XG-KCQ ultrasonic bottle washing machine, H-GMS-B series hot air circulation tunnel oven, YG-KBG series liquid filling machine, and ZG-KGL series capping machine.

The unit has the functions of cleaning, drying and sterilizing, filling and stoppering (half and full stoppering), capping and sealing.

It is mainly suitable for the production of freeze-dried (water injection) sterile injections in pharmaceutical companies. By adding the airborne RABS system, it can meet the requirements of Class A (ISO5) for the sterile preparation environment and is the preferred linkage group for the new version of GMP.

Features:

  • The production capacity of the unit is 6000~36000 bottles/hour.
  • XG-KCQ adopts the combination of ultrasonic cleaning and independent water and air pressure spray flushing. The washed vial meets the standards of the new edition of the Pharmacopoeia on visible foreign bodies.
  • H-GMS-B hot air circulation sterilization tunnel oven adopts full laminar flow (high temperature resistant 350°C) combined with hot air high temperature drying and sterilization process, which can make the vials run in the tunnel to meet the requirements of Class A (ISO5). It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high temperature uniformity, and good depyrogenation effect. It is a drying and sterilizing equipment that is currently popular at home and abroad and has high applicability.
  • The YG-KBG series filling machine adopts the internationally universal cillin bottle tooth-shaped synchronous belt transmission working mode, independent servo control adjustment, tracking filling, low-position stoppering and other technologies to ensure stable operation of the equipment and high qualified rate of finished products
