Opthamalic Filling Machine:

This linkage line is mainly suitable for the production of eye drops (sprays). This linkage line unit is composed of LP-LP1 bottle unscrambler, XG-KCQ bottle washer, H-GMS series hot air tunnel oven, and YG-DSG series eye drops (spray) liquid filling machine. The unit has the functions of unscramble bottles, cleaning, drying and sterilizing, filling and capping, capping and sealing. It is mainly suitable for aseptic production of eye drops (sprays) in pharmaceutical companies. By adding the airborne RABS system, it can meet the requirements of Class A (ISO5) for the sterile preparation environment and is the preferred linkage group for the new version of GMP.

Opthamalic Filling Machine Features

There is no movement or friction of any parts above the semi-stoppered bottle mouth to avoid potential pollution. The system does not have any pneumatic or hydraulic parts.

All motors are under the bottom plate.
